I'm not sure what kind of raptor this is since I haven't taken the time out to search for it on the internet yet. I'm surprised that my lens was able to focus fairly well on him since he was very hard to track with my old, heavy 70-210mm lens (note to self: trade it in for the smaller, better focusing 55-200mm VR).
